1. General

1.1 The Bedouin Yoga Camp (“the Camp”) offers yoga retreats, wellness services, and desert tours in Wadi Rum, Jordan.
1.2 All tours and on-site activities are operated in partnership with licensed local guides and destination management agencies.
1.3 By booking any service, guests agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking and Confirmation

2.1 Bookings can be made via our website, email, or authorized travel partners.
2.2 A booking is confirmed only after receipt of full payment or a confirmed deposit, as specified at booking.
2.3 All personal details provided must be accurate and up-to-date.

3. Payment

3.1 Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or approved online payment platforms.
3.2 Full payment is required prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3 Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, government fees, or unforeseen costs; confirmed bookings are not affected.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policies

4.1 Camp Rental / Private Retreat Contracts

• Cancellations must be communicated in writing.

• Deposits are partially refundable depending on notice:

  • More than 30 days before arrival: full refund minus service fee

  • 15–30 days before arrival: 50% of deposit retained

  • Less than 15 days: deposit is non-refundable

• Specific contracts for retreats may include separate terms outlined in the signed agreement.

4.2 Third-Party Platform Bookings

• Bookings made via third-party platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Airbnb) are subject to the cancellation policies of that platform.

• Guests should check platform-specific conditions at the time of booking.

4.3 Single Overnight Bookings with Add-Ons

• No cancellation is possible within 24 hours of arrival.

• Deposits paid are retained as a service fee in case of late cancellation or no-show.

4.4 General Notes

• All cancellations must be confirmed in writing (email accepted).

• Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days.

5. Group Tours and Guides

5.1 Groups of five (5) or more travelers are legally required to have a licensed guide.
5.2 The Camp arranges guides for such groups; costs are communicated at booking.
5.3 Smaller groups may optionally hire a guide for safety or convenience.

6. Guest Responsibilities

6.1 Tours, Camel Rides, Trekking, and Hiking

• All outdoor activities such as camel rides, trekking, and hiking are at the guest’s own risk.

• Guests must follow the instructions of Camp staff and licensed guides at all times.

• The Camp cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or incidents during such activities.

6.2 Retreats and Wellness Programs

• Guests participating in retreats, yoga, or wellness programs must communicate any physical or mental health conditions to the Retreat Leaders or Teachers prior to participation.

• Guests with known mental health issues are not permitted to join Retreats.

• Guests are responsible for their own health and safety during all activities.

6.3 Travel Health and Insurance

• Private travel health and travel insurance is mandatory for all programs, in accordance with Jordanian law.

• Guests must ensure that their insurance covers accidents, illness, evacuation, and activity-specific risks.

6.4 General Conduct

• Guests must respect local customs, cultural norms, and the natural environment.

• Guests are responsible for personal belongings, valuables, and travel documents.

7. Liability

7.1 The Camp and its partners operate under Jordanian law.
7.2 The Camp is not liable for personal injury, accidents, theft, or loss of property.
7.3 The Camp is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather, natural events, or government restrictions.
7.4 Guests participate in all activities at their own risk.

8. Changes and Modifications

8.1 The Camp reserves the right to modify or cancel services for safety, weather, or operational reasons.
8.2 Guests will be informed as soon as possible and offered alternatives or refunds where applicable.

9. Photography and Media

9.1 By participating in activities, guests consent to photography and video for promotional purposes unless they explicitly opt out.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
10.2 Any disputes will be resolved under Jordanian jurisdiction.
